1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Home Design (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Home Design is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate interior design visualizations. Users upload photos of their rooms and select design styles, and the App generates redesigned versions of those rooms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload. You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The generated designs are provided for your personal use. The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Home Design and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Subscription & Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) for unlimited access to AI design generations. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by the AI are approximations and visualizations. They should not be used as final architectural plans. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of how a real renovation would look.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
