This Privacy Policy describes how Interia - AI Home Design (the "App"), developed by Nawasena ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application on iOS devices.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary

We do not require account registration.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
We do not collect your name, email, or contact details through the App.
Your projects and generated designs are stored locally on your device.
Photos and design prompts are sent to our AI service provider only when you generate or validate a design.
Subscription payments are handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Photos and Images You Provide

When you use AI features (such as Redesign, Declutter, Paint Color, Exterior Design, or Furniture Swap), you may upload or capture photos using your device's camera or photo library. These images are used solely to generate or validate AI design results at your request.

When you tap Generate or when photo validation runs, the App sends:

The photo you selected (as a compressed image)
A text prompt describing your design request (style, room type, colors, or instructions)
For Furniture Swap, a composited image that may include your painted selection mask

This data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai), which routes requests to Google Gemini AI models for image generation and validation.

We do not operate our own servers to permanently store your uploaded photos. Images are processed to fulfill your request and are not retained by us on external servers after processing is complete. Please review the privacy practices of our AI providers:

2.2 Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and is not synced to our cloud:

Project names, room types, and design history
Original and generated design images
App preferences (such as dark mode setting)
Custom paint color selections
Onboarding and review prompt status

Local data is stored using Apple's SwiftData and UserDefaults frameworks. This data remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App.

2.3 Subscription Information

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly) processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat Privacy Policy) to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipt information from Apple to verify your subscription. We do not have access to your Apple ID password, credit card number, or full payment details.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us directly)
Precise or real-time location data
Device advertising identifiers for tracking purposes
Usage analytics or behavioral profiling data
Contacts, calendars, or other personal files on your device

4. Device Permissions

The App may request the following iOS permissions:

Camera — to take photos of rooms for AI design features
Photo Library (Read) — to select existing photos for AI processing
Photo Library (Add) — to save generated designs to your Photos app when you choose to

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

Generate, validate, and deliver AI design results you request
Save and display your projects on your device
Verify and manage your Pro subscription status
Remember your app preferences
Respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services:

7. Data Retention and Deletion

AI processing: Photos and prompts sent for generation are processed in real time and are not stored by us on external servers after the request completes.

On your device: Projects and generated images remain on your device until you:

Delete individual projects (long-press a project card in Saved Projects)
Uninstall the App, which permanently removes all locally stored data

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. Data transmitted to AI services uses HTTPS encryption. Local project data is protected by your device's operating system security (including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID if enabled). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International Users

If you use the App from outside your home country, your photo and prompt data may be processed by AI service providers located in other countries. By using the App, you consent to this processing.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access or delete data stored on your device (via in-app deletion or uninstalling)
Withdraw camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings
Cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
Contact us with privacy-related questions or requests

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
